Bio

Shirley joined the practice initially in 1974 and after a short break to raise her family, returned to the team in 1989. For most of her time at the practice, Shirley has worked as dental nurse and only in recent years stepped away from this role.

Shirley is now the lead receptionist at the practice and over the years, has built a fantastic rapport with all our patients. Her previous experience as a dental nurse means she is able to manage appointment diaries effectively and give expert telephone advice. Her friendly and chatty nature puts patients at ease before they enter the treatment room.

In her spare time, Shirley loves spending time with her dogs and her hobbies include crochet and craftwork.
